Research On The Effectiveness Of Clean Government Education Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Since the party’s 18^th National Congress,significant progress and achievements have been made in anti-corruption work,and the system for punishing and preventing corruption has been further improved.However,anti-corruption work still faces many challenges.Anti-corruption education,as a basic anti-corruption work,builds anti-corruption and anti-corruption measures.The important approach of the ideological and moral defense,and the current research on the effectiveness of the anti-corruption education has become a practical issue that must be faced in the anti-corruption education work and the construction of an honest and clean government.Over the past five years,the overwhelming trend in the fight against corruption has been formed and consolidated.The long-term mechanism of“not refusing to rot,not being corruptible,and not wanting to rot”is being constructed.It is more important to strengthen the study of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education.The paper is based on the"Study on the Effectiveness of the Anti-Corruption Education since the Eighteenth Party Congress".It first pointed out the concept of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education and related theoretical basis for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption education,including the connotation of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education and anti-corruption education.The definition,the analysis of the characteristics of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education,and the methodology for enhancing the effectiveness of anti-corruption education have laid a theoretical foundation for further research on this issue.Secondly,based on the review of the present situation of China’s clean government education since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,this paper analyzes the achievements of the current anti-corruption education in terms of effectiveness,that is,the effectiveness of the anti-corruption education,and discusses the current issues of the effectiveness of anti-corruption education.Then,from three perspectives,the paper analyzes the factors that restrict the effectiveness of the current anti-corruption education,and lays the foundation for putting forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption education.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the path exploration to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption education.On the basis of the above two parts,this part mainly combines the new requirements of the Party’s education since the 18th CPC National Congress and proposes countermeasures from six aspects.The paper believes that improving the effectiveness of clean government education must first improve the educational influence of the clean government educators;secondly,it must enrich the contents of the anti-corruption education;then it should innovate the model carriers of the anti-corruption education;and again it should optimize the social environment of anti-corruption education and improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption education.The evaluation criteria;the last is to learn from the experience of foreign anti-corruption education work.Finally,the paper concludes that the work to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption education is a basic,long-term,and complex task.It is a systematic project that involves all aspects,and it must improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption education in a comprehensive and strict governance.As an important political task in establishing and improving a system for punishing and preventing corruption,we must focus on long-term efforts to properly construct the system and mechanism.We must also proceed with actual work and practical results so as to guide party members and cadres to form a ideological consciousness of honest government.Fundamentally,the ideological line of defense against corruption and change is firmly established to achieve real results.
