With the rapid development of information technology today,big data has quietly infiltrated into all walks of life.Excavating,filtering,sorting and analyzing a valuable data link in the complex and diverse mass data and then apply to the management of government,in the reform of enterprises and in the lives of people has become a trend.At present,the research and application of big data in China is still shallow.How to dig out related data and make full use of it in the construction of urban agglomeration,to improve the quality of public service and to form an effective data-service system is a challenge for us.With the help of literature analysis,this paper mainly discusses by the method of comparative study.Firstly,the basic concepts and existing theories of big data are taken as the basis of the research,and we analyze the value of big data for public services.It helps to improve the efficiency and quality of public services,expand the scope of services,and help form a modern system.Secondly,we choose Ningzhenyang integration development strategy as the research object,describes the current status of basic public services in China and the existing problems.Due to the lack of data sharing and large data awareness leads to weak information support.Data leakage further makes public service promotion without substantial security.To study the case of large data development,which is more successful at home and abroad,and earn from the experience,put forward the feasible suggestions for the public service to enhance China's big data development,By increasing resources sharing,building shared platform,establishing information sharing mechanism and innovating network services,we will fundamentally innovate our government's public service by using the potential value of big data.
