The rural stability and disorder in china during the transition period coexist with risks and changes.The social structure differentiation,the ideas of the dramatic evolution old and new contradictions are intertwined and the pattern of interests profound adjustment,make the rural social contradiction shows the new features of contact density,low ignition point,bring some more characteristics.If not handled properly,the solution is not good,is bound to affect social harmony and stability at the grass-roots level.However,facing a series of challenges,dominated by administrative power of traditional governance model is unsustainable and social transformation caused by the contradiction intensified makes the countryside grand ordering governance sudden imbalance within the field.Therefore,it is urgent for the grass-roots political power to build a more normalized democratic governance mechanism to solve the problems encountered in practice.deliberative governance,as the coupling of deliberative democracy theory and governance theory guide the concrete practice,with emphasis on value purport gauge democratic governance,function orientation on the pursuit of the truth of conflict resolution is effective and practical purports to advocate the rationality of the multiple participation and catering to the development needs of the rural society in transition,has received attention and adulation of local government,and gradually to normal,diversity of institutionalization,the presentation of embedded heterogeneity,complexity,irregularity is more prominent in rural china,is considered to be the transition of rural society china maintain stable regulator and ballast.Although the changes of the deliberative governance is still not enough to shake the entire grassroots governance pattern,but the release of democratic governance and deliberative potential is activated the rural social governance system,balance the interests of the rural society,for the realization of public order and good rural social transformation has good governance important practical significance.Firstly,the core concepts related to rural deliberative governance theory and its theoretical basis have a general overview,in this context,the theory of deliberative democracy and governance theory constitute the most extensive theoretical sources for rural deliberative governance.In addition,because the study of deliberative governance is placed under the vision of a transitional society,we should also introduce the theory of social transformation,and discuss the basic characteristics of the transitional society.Secondly,this paper describes the development background of the transition to the development of chinese deliberative governance,selected D country,eastern Anhui province three different economic development level of rural fields as investigation object,analyze the present situation of transition to the development of china's rural deliberative governance and based on this view,further analysis of the transition period the challenge and the causes of the development of Chinese rural deliberative governance.Finally,this paper from the aspects of the system arranges and compares "actively explore-Zhejiang Wenling mode,grassroots own-Hunan Linli mode,crisis reversed transmission-Sichuan Pengzhou mode" three transition china region typical grassroots deliberative governance model.Combined with the above mentioned analysis.Put forward to further optimize the specific path of transition china rural deliberative governance development from five aspects:the main body reengineering,system supply,plattform building,culture cultivation,economic development,in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the coordination Chinese rural deliberative governance development.
