Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural Grassroots Party Building In Zhaotong City

The issues of agriculture,rural areas and peasants have always been fundamental issues that affect the overall situation of the Party and country,and they are the top priorities of the whole Party.To build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the most arduous and arduous task is in the rural area.The rural grassroots party organization is the leading core of the Communist Party of China in the countryside.The issue of grassroots party building is related to the party's influence,cohesion and combat effectiveness.It represents the party's image and prestige and determines the party's ruling base.In recent years,Zhaotong City has paid great attention to the issue of Party building at the rural grassroots party.Making great efforts to strengthen the building of Party building,setting up continuous norms for the establishment of Party organizations,developing the quality of Party members,expanding the coverage of Party organizations,continuously expanding the ranks of leaders of Party organizations,and increasing the level of social constructionat at the rural grassroots level.That all of these have provide a strong backing for building a well-off society in an all-round way out of poverty.But from the current situation,problems of the rural grassroots party building in the city is still prominent,especially in the new era is facing many new problems,and these issues become a problem to be solved in the rural grassroots party building.Under the background of comprehensively strengthen Party discipline and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the present situation and dilemma of the rural grassroots party construction in Zhaotong City and tries to put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem,with a view to changing the current dilemma of the rural grassroots party construction,strengthening the political function of the rural grassroots party organization,promoting the continuous improvement of the level of rural grassroots party construction and further strengthening the ruling status and foundation of the rural party.Through the method of literature research,the author has consulted a large number of papers,documents,research materials,news reports and so on in the field of grassroots Party building,and has analyzed the connotation,relevant theories and methods of rural Party building with reference to the views and theories of some experts and scholars.Through comparative analysis,this paper compares the research and analyzes the practice of strengthening rural grassroots Party building in different areas,finds the gap,summarizes the relevant theories and methods,and concludes the successful experiences,thus enriching the contents of this paper.Through the interview,combining the local situation,interview the party member at the rural level,the masses and so on to grasp the real first-hand data,make this study more authentic and effective.Through observation,the actual problems were found by observing the role played by rural Party organizations and Party members in daily work.On the basis of the above,this paper analyzes the existing difficulties and problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the current dilemma of rural grassroots party construction.
