Research On The Management Of Party Members In New Social Organizations

With the development of new social organizations,more and more party members have entered the work positions of new social organizations.And the management of party member has become more and more important,and has become a defect in the party's management of party members.Points to these questions,in this themes,the condition of the management of party members of new social organization,the psychological needs,the basis characteristic and the functional orientation are deeply analyzed.And from the angle of view of theory and practice,some common defects are also studied.While studying and analyzing the common characteristics of the management of party members in the New Social Organization of our country we take the management of the party members of the Xinxiang City Bar Association as an example,in order to find out the outstanding contradictions and defects in the management of party members in the new social organization.After a deep analysis of the problem of the management of the party members of the Xinxiang Bar Association,through the analysis and analysis of the existing theories combined with the advanced experience and inspiration of the management of the party members of the Xinxiang Lawyers Association,some advises are advanced on management mechanism of party member,party workers and party members,strengthening the team building,increasing the party members management work and other aspects.These studies will provide theoretical guidance for further strengthening and improving the management of Party members in the new social organization.This themes is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter,we expound the background and significance of this research.Then we have a review of the research status at present.At last,wehave a summary of the achievement on the constraints,management mode and management measures in the research of new social organization.In chapter two,the concepts,classifications,and main features of the new social organizations in China is first discussed.Then we elaborate the development history of the new society and the organization of party building work,the importance of the work of Party members management,and the basic methods of work.The existing common problems are mainly analyzed.The third part takes the Xinxiang Bar Association as an example to investigate and analyze the current situation of the management of party members in the association,and draws lessons from the achievements in management,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and causes.The fourth part puts forward the use of management-related theoretical knowledge on the basis of previous research to put forward ideas for raising awareness,changing party member management concepts,establishing a scientific party member management mechanism,strengthening the construction of new social organizations,party workers and party members,and intensifying new social organizations.
