Non-governmental Environmental Protection Organizations Carry Out Research On The Action Strategy Of Community Projects

As China enters a new stage of reform,environmental issues have gradually entered people's field of vision.Environmental protection has become a concept that has been deeply rooted in people's minds.At the same time,the rise of social organizations allows us to see the role that social organizations can play in the social governance field.Based on this background,the paper conducted a case study on AF,an environmental NGO protection organization,and obtained information through literature and interviews to analyze its action strategies in the community when carrying out projects.This paper uses Putnam's social capital theory and takes the characteristics of social capital as the analytical framework to analyze the AF's action strategies in the three stages of the garbage classification project.The overall action strategy of AF during the project introduction period is to build a mobile network.Through the support of the grass-root government,the formation of a community volunteer team,and the extensive mobilization of community residents,it incorporates multiple entities into the project operation and forms an organic project participation network among various entities.During the implementation period of the project,AF's overall strategy is to establish reciprocal norms.Through the guidance supervision of residents and the maintenance of volunteer teams,AF establishes reciprocal norms for garbage classification in the community.Under the influence of this standard,residents actively perform garbage classification,and the environment of the community is improved.The relationship between residents is improved.Community governance is more efficient.During the project maintenance period,the overall strategy of AF is to enhance residents' trust.AF through the project evaluation and commendation of the conference to summarize the experience and lessons,and the classification of garbage into the formal norms of the community,under the formal constraints of the residents under the self-conscious classification,management team members of their respective responsibilities,garbage classification into the daily work of the community to work for a long time.The multi-cooperation model of AF,which is the main body of the residents,fits the three characteristics of social capital.It is good at utilizing the resources of the community,meets the needs of the community construction,increases the social capital of the community,and solves the dilemma of collective action to a great extent.It is an effective way to ensure the long-term development of community projects.
