Learn From The Pre-Qin Confucian Moral Education Thought To Promote The Professional Ethics Construction Of Enterprise Employees

The development of social economy has enabled the occupational ethics issues of employees to emerge and become a widespread concern.At present,the main problems of professional ethics construction of enterprise employees are as follows:the employees,professional ethics still keeps in the theoretical level and can not achieve the unity of knowledge and practice,moreover,the utilitarianism tendency is more obvious.Enterprises attach great importance to technology but ignore morality,and put less investment in the construction of employees' professional ethics.Moral construction lacks the spirit of starting from employees,and the professional moral quality of the employees in the enterprise needs to be improved.There are some essences in moral education of the Confucians of the Pre-Qin Dynasty.By summarizing the outstanding contents and methods of the Confucian moral education thought in the pre-Qin period,and understanding the present situation of the professional ethics of enterprise employees,this paper summarizes the main achievements,the main problems and causes to analyze the necessity and significance of promoting the construction of the professional ethics of the enterprise employees by the Confucian moral education thought in the pre-Qin period,and explores the principles,the main content and the main methods of reference.Based on the rational and scientific choice,comprehensive and profound analysis and objective and flexible reference of the Confucian moral education thought of the Pre-Qin dynasty,this paper draws lessons from the methods of Confucian moral education thought,such as teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction,environmental edification and institutional constraints.Using "learning theory" to recognize the professional moral content,cultivating professional moral emotion by "personality theory",exercising professional moral will by "the theory of wisdom and bravery" and developing professional moral behavior by "knowledge-practice unity theory" can promote the modernization of the Confucian thought in the pre-Qin period,perfect the theoretical system of the construction of professional ethics.In addition,it can also provide different perspectives and methods for studying and solving the problems of employees' professional ethics,and provide decision-making reference for managers and relevant government leaders.
