Try To Analyze The Construction Of A Three-agricultural Work Team That "understands Agriculture, Loves The Countryside, And Loves Farmers"

To fully realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Party's 19 put forward rural revitalization strategy and training a work team for china rural who understand agriculture,love the countryside,love farmers.This paper will tries to construct this.Through Analysising the growth of the human resource of rural,I concluded that at present it is difficult to meet the demand of the rural and the reason is that the deficiency of integration for the working team and the absence of a group 0f local farmers.The more engagement in rural of the party's 19 in rural work will provide an good chance for the development of rural resouces.While I find that still there is little attention on farmers work team through the document,this will continue give an adverse effect the effective implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating rural.Based on this,this paper tries to construct the group system which including working team of the government leadered by the Party and the working team of local farmers social and the social service team.Of which,the government one is the core as a leader;the local farmers work force is the main of rural work force,which not only directly serves to agriculture as the main body but also plays an inline,the role of external social forces;The social service team is an important support for the work force of smallhold,and the three teams are cooperating with each other according to their different positioning,so as to promote the effective implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation.This article is consisted of six chapters.the first chapter is introduction,stating the background study,topic selection process,the research significance,research methods and literature review;the second chapter is the present situation of the three a&m team analysis,through the combing and current situation of development,put forward the current problems and opportunities of the development;the third chapter is a case study,puting forward a practical solution,while as the foundation of the construction;The fourth chapter is about the concrete construction.The fifth chapter is the summary of the full text and the policy Suggestions based on the full text analysis.
