Research On The Generation Mechanism Of Land-lost Farmers' Collective Rights Protection Actions

Based on the mass of peasants activism as the research object,this paper focuses on the formation mechanism of land-lost famers' group activism.Through combing and summarizing the classical literatures at home and abroad,this paper obtains the deficiencies of the existing research.Based on the classical theory of the peasant movement,a theoretical model for the analysis of the generating mechanism of the collective peasants' rightsdefending activities of the landless peasants was constructed.This model was used to systematically and in-depthly analyze and demonstrate the current collective peasants' rightsdefending operations in China.This paper concludes that the conclusion is that there are mainly three levels of generating mechanisms for collective rights-defending actions by landless peasants:First of all,the macroeconomic structure is based on the structural causes of political institutions and policies and the resulting structural resentment.Second,the generalized beliefs generated under the macroscopic structural basis and specific events,effective grassroots mobilization and triggering events constitute the meso-organizational elements for the collective human rights protection actions of landless peasants.Finally,the non-zero nature of the claims of land-lost peasant groups in defending their rights and the multiple encounters between members of the country's acquaintances constitute the micro-level mechanism for the formation of collective activism for landless peasants.
