China’s judicial system reform has been carried out in an all-round way,and the procuratorial organ reform has become an important part of the judicial system reform.With the establishment of China’s supervision system,the state has separated the functions of investigation and supervision of state functionaries from the procuratorial organs and handed them over to the supervisory organs for jurisdiction.How to perform the supervisory function of procuratorial organs,which supervisory scope includes,how to strengthen the supervisory function of procuratorial organs and other issues have become unavoidable topics.This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current procuratorial organ system and the causes of its formation,and puts forward corresponding measures to improve the procuratorial system in order to promote the reform of the judicial system in the context of procuratorial work.Suggestions on organ positioning and development.
