Research On China's Foreign Trade Dispute Settlement Mechanism

From the reform and opening up to the accession to the WTO,to the signing of bilateral or multilateral regional trade agreements with many countries and regions,China's foreign trade has been deeply developed.However,at the same time of remarkable achievements in foreign trade economy,foreign trade disputes have gradually emerged,which is unfavorable to the future development of China's foreign trade economy.Therefore,it is necessary for our country to establish and perfect the corresponding foreign trade dispute settlement mechanism while developing foreign trade economy.In this way,foreign trade disputes can be properly settled and high-quality development of China's foreign trade can be achieved.In addition,China's foreign trade concept of mutual benefit,peaceful development and the image of a responsible major country can also be displayed.Accordingly,based on the establishing and perfecting China's foreign trade dispute settlement mechanism as the goal,the comprehensive research status at home and abroad,adopting the case analysis,comparative analysis,data analysis and the methods of literature analysis,systematically studied the national foreign trade disputes as well as the existing national foreign trade dispute settlement mechanism,and starting from the status of China's foreign trade disputes,and identify those disputes in the process of solving the existing problems and finally,from the perspective of both international and domestic,aimed at these problems puts forward some perfecting Suggestions.
