Research On International Legal Issues Of Private Military Security Companies

In the late 20 th century,the mercenary industry began to transform from individual and group organizations to enterprises providing military services or security guarantee to meet the needs of the market.Driven by the attractive interests,PMSC have been developing continuously,and their business development and profit model have always been the focus of public opinion and criticism.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part expounds the concept and characteristics of PMSC,and introduces the reasons for the rise of PMSC,their development history and business scope.The second part focuses on the problems of PMCS in the four aspects of unclear legal status,abuse of employees' weapons,unclear ownership of responsibility and lack of clear legal regulation.The third part,aiming at the four aspects of PMSC in the second part,puts forward Suggestions on defining the employee status of PMSC,regulating and improving the weapon use of employees,clarifying the responsibility of PMSC and improving domestic and international legislation.
