Research On The Legal Issues Of Third-party Payment

With the continuous improvement of material and cultural life in today's society and the continuous update of Internet communication technology,e-commerce is booming.Nowadays,e-commerce is going door to door with a fast pace and becoming an indispensable part of People's Daily life.From the perspective of economic and social development trend,third-party payment plays an increasingly important role and has become the main payment method in the field of e-commerce.This paper mainly writes about the third-party payment from four sides.The first part mainly presentations the concept,characteristics,types and development of the third-party payment.The second part mainly introduces the legislation situation of the third-party payment in the United States,the European Union,and the major Asian countries and regions,as well as the enlightenment and reference significance for the construction of China's third-party payment legal system.The third part mainly puts forward the status quo of China's third-party payment and the problems in the legal supervision system,subject status,platform access,consumer rights protection and financial crimes.In the fourth part,the author puts forward his own Suggestions and ideas.
