Research On Administrative Procuratorial Supervision In The New Era

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of CPC pointed out that after long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward higher requirements for the overall rule of law.The existing supervision mode of administrative rule of law in our country has the characteristics of pluralism,but from the perspective of supervision effect,various kinds of supervision have their own defects in varying degrees,and the existing supervision mode still has blind spots.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the construction of the rule of law in China has accelerated obviously.In order to achieve the goal of administration according to law,it is urgent to improve the administrative supervision system.According to the Constitution and laws of China,procuratorial organs are specialized legal supervision organs.Therefore,the supervision of administration according to law by procuratorial organs has a constitutional basis.Administrative procuratorial work is an important means to promote administration according to law and to promote comprehensive deepening of reform.It is also an important content to play the role of procuratorial organs in the new era.In recent years,procuratorial organs around the country have actively explored the supervision of administrative illegal acts,and achieved good legal and social effects.However,this work lacks a certain theoretical basis,and judicial practice has put forward many new topics.Faced with the current situation and problems of administrative procuratorial supervision in China,procuratorial organs should not confine administrative procuratorial supervision to the category of administrative litigation.In order to improve our administrative procuratorial supervision system,we need to take the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the fundamental guidance,clarify the implementation boundary of administrative procuratorial supervision,and promote procuratorial suggestions based on the spirit of help,so as to improve our country.Administrativeprocuratorial supervision system promotes the construction of a country ruled by law.
