In order to protect people's livelihood,Sun Yat-sen put forward the idea of people's livelihood rule of law on the basis of combining the thought of people-oriented and people's livelihood in ancient China, absorbing the Western improvement thought and Marx's scientific socialism theory.Sun Yat-sen's thought of people's livelihood rule of law includes three aspects: land, capital and rule of law.In terms of land system reform,Sun Yat-sen advocated "equal land rights" and "land for the tiller" to solve the serious problems of land annexation;in terms of capital system selection,Sun Yat-sen advocated "restraining capital" and "revitalizing industry" to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor and to develop China's economy;in the pursuit of a rule-of-law society,Sun Yat-sen proposed the "Five-Power Constitution" and the protection of the rule of law.The idea of safeguarding people's livelihood is to solve people's livelihood problems by establishing a society ruled by law.Although Sun Yat-sen's thought of people's livelihood rule of law has not achieved the desired results in practice due to historical limitations, there are many insights, which provide valuable theoretical resources and ideological wealth for the dilemma encountered in the process of building people's livelihood rule of law in China.
