Research On The Applicable Law Of Impersonation Of Immovable Property

The application of the law in China's theoretical circles on the imposition of imposition of real estate has not been able to form a unified view and theory,making the judicial organs difficult to deal with related cases.Based on this,the article adopts the law of imposition of real estate impersonation as a research topic,and intercepts the two viewpoints of the most controversial applicable good faith acquisition system or applicable unauthorized agency system for comparative analysis.Specifically,the article is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the impersonation of real estate,including the definition,classification and related controversial doctrine of impersonation.The second part and the third part respectively introduce the relationship between the real estate impersonation and the good faith acquisition system and the unauthorized agency system,and compare the rationality of the existence and application of the two systems.The last part introduces the legal consequences of the imposition of immovable property and the identification of related responsibilities.Through rigorous comparison,it can be found that it is more appropriate to apply the system of unauthorised agency to the issue of impersonation of real estate.
