With the continuous enhancement of China's economic strength,cross-border e-commerce has also been developing.Nowadays,cross-border e-commerce has become an important part of China's growing share of foreign trade.Due to its advantages such as low cost and high efficiency,e-commerce is gradually reforming the traditional trading mode.In the complete logistics context,cross-region,even cross-border commerce could be realized. However, subjected to the pressure from the capital market of developed country and global trade protectionism, the development of China's cross-border e-commerce is facing tremendous difficulties.China first proposed the cross-border e-commerce pilot project at the executive meeting of the state council in 2016,putting forward the predicament that current stage e-trade faces and corresponding policy guidance. With the introduction of the national development strategy of "the Belt and Road",xinjiang, located in the core zone of "the Belt and Road" line, has a unique geographical advantage and plays an important role in developing to the west. And xinjiang closely follows the tide of global Internet development, under this background, the development of cross-border e-commerce in xinjiang arises at the historic moment, and is unstoppable.Under the policy of the Belt and Road Initiative,Xinjiang silk road economic belt has received all the development opportunities and challenges never seen before. With the development of Silk Road Economic Zone and the improvement of regional and national infrastructure,it has brought great opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Xinjiang province with Central Asia.Cross-border e-commerce with the help of modern information technology to use the network to set up trading platform, consumers and sellers through the platform of finished goods transactions,it's high and convenience. On the one hand, efficient and convenient features make the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,on the other hand, the virtual network, coupled with consumers and sellers in different regions or within different border, lack of relevant laws and regulations, reducing the degree of trust between the consumers and sellers,In terms of financial support, platform construction, logistics, transportation and personnel training, the government has not issued relatively complete policy support and legal norms, making it difficult to develop and expand the platform.Further promoting cross-border e-commerce will not only increase the employment level of the silk road economic belt in Xinjiang and increase people's income, but also help develop overseas markets, strengthen China's economic market image and promote the overseas circulation of RMB.In this way,the voice of international trade will be strengthened and new impetus will be added to China's economic development. In this paper,cross-border e-commerce development opportunities and challenges of Xinjiang shall be discussed, current problems faced in the e-commerce development will be presented, such as the national policy support, capital support, platform construction, transportation and logistics personnel training problems, putting forward the above aspects of the suggestions for improvement to the current situation. And further research on how to make full use of the related policy resources to promote Xinjiang e-commerce development shall be discussed.
