Research On The Optimization Of Home Care Service Path In Dalian

Compared with the traditional institutional pension,the content of home-based pension service is more abundant,and it can also reduce the burden of pension costs for the elderly.With the increasing pressure of population aging in Dalian,it is urgent to use scientific service mode to enhance the social influence of the old-age service system.At present,the service level of our country's pension model is relatively low,the corresponding laws and regulations are not sound enough,lack of funds,single service content,lack of professionals are more prominent problems.Home-based pension in the promotion of economic,social resources and other constraints fell into a "bottleneck" dilemma,we should clarify the current situation and crux of the system operation,explore the system and development.The road to sustainability.This paper combines the research viewpoints of domestic and foreign experts and scholars and the related theories of home-based pension.On the basis of mastering and understanding the present situation of home-based pension service in Dalian,it correctly recognizes and differentiates the existing problems and root causes of home-based pension,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the activities of home-based pension service in Dalian,hoping to help the development of Dalian's pension cause.This paper is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction.From the point of view of the significance of home-based pension research,it discusses and analyses the relevant research background and concepts,and combines the domestic and foreign research to make a brief dynamic analysis of the development,which provides the necessary theoretical support for the research of this paper.The second part is the introduction of the concept of home-based pension service and the multi-welfare theory.The third part is based on the current situation and existing problems of home-based pension service activities in Dalian at this stage.The fourth part summarizes the main problems of home-based pension service activities in Dalian,and summarizes the common problems from four aspects: government,social organizations,community and family.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Dalian's home-based pension service activities from four aspects: improving the government's leading role,cultivating the market competitiveness of social organizations,enhancing the social awareness of the old-age service,changing the concept of family-based pension and establishing a good family style;the sixth part is the research conclusion of the paper,which mainly combines with Dalian's home-based pension clothing.The research contents of business activities are summarized and the future research prospects are put forward.
