Competitive Sports Injury Criminal Laws And Regulations

With the continuous development of commercialization and professionalization of competitive sports in China,injury incidents in competitive sports competitions emerge in endlessly,seriously threatening the life safety of participants in competitive sports,thus affecting the further development of competitive sports.In the face of injuries in competitive sports competitions,most of them are "solved internally" by the sports field,excluding the interference of criminal law.Starting from two typical sports injury incidents,this paper expounds the controversial focus,analyses the possible types of crimes involved in sports injury,and interprets the necessity of criminal law regulation of sports injury from the perspective of existing research theory,straightens out the relationship between sports field and criminal law,and provides feasibility for the intervention of criminal law.Finally,it summarizes the general criminal law logic of sports injury regulation,and makes a practical analysis of the case.
