Research On The Crime Of Bribery By Specific Related Parties

In recent years,China is in the stage of fierce social change,with the development of high-speed,people's live and bribery crimes have changed in every aspect.In the bribery cases detected in recent years,the perpetrators' behaviors have become more diverse and their means of committing crimes have become more insidious and indirect.The bribe acceptor acquiesce to accept close bribes by his close relatives,mistresses and other common interests,which brings subjective recognition and applicable legal difficulties to investigators,especially after the incident,the offender often denied the fact of accepting bribes in an attempt to evade legal responsibility on the grounds that he did not know or has no connection with the briber.As a new form of bribery crime,the involvement of the special related person in joint bribery makes the case more complicated and difficult to control.This thesis will specifically analyze the special related person crime through specific practical cases and the current judicial practice in China.
