The Nature Of The Transfer Behavior Of Using Other People's Alipay

With the development of technology,advances in technology,and payment methods have undergone earth-shaking changes,from the initial banknotes,coins,etc.to credit card,bank card payment,and now third-party payment electronic payment has become the main payment method.While third-party payment is convenient for people's lives,it will bring some drawbacks.The technical loopholes in the third-party payment platform itself,coupled with the lag of the law,have not been formulated with the supporting laws and regulations.Criminals use these loopholes to commit crimes.This paper mainly discusses the identification of the Alipay transfer behavior of the actor using the bank card bound by others under the new payment method.Since this is a new form of crime that has emerged in recent years with the development of science and technology,there are few studies on this form of crime.Judicial practice has different judgments on such behaviors and cannot form a unified answer.Therefore,the study of the use of others to bind the bank card Alipay transfer behavior is of great significance for theoretical research and judicial practice.
