Research On The System For The Person In Charge Of The Administrative Agency To Appear In Court

Nowadays,it is no longer rare for the head of administrative organs to appear in court to respond to the lawsuit,and the rate of appearing in court has increased compared with the past.The appearance of the person in charge of the court has played a positive role in resolving administrative disputes,and to a certain extent will improve the contradictions between officials and the people,but there are still some problems to be solved in the implementation of the system.Starting with the concept of the chief administrative officer appearing in court,analyze and discuss the significance of the system of responding to the appeal of the person in charge of the administrative organ.At the present stage,China has not yet established a mature system for the chief administrative officers to appear in court to respond to the appeal.There are some problems,such as imperfect legislation,poor operation,relatively lack of supervision and assessment,and so on.Based on the reality of our country,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the system of responding to the appeal in court by the person in charge of the administrative organs,and puts forward effective countermeasures to solve them.
