As the last door to maintain public order in the whole city,the pressure of police work can be imagined.Especially in an international metropolis like Shanghai,the words and deeds of police are magnified.The job burnout caused by work stress is also a hidden danger affecting the work of the police.There are few related contents in China.Therefore,the author wants to study the relationship between police job stress and job burnout.In this study,the police of CS police station in Pudong New Area of Shanghai were studied by using the method of mixed research.The research tool is divided into two parts,including questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and the arrangement of the interview contents,the following conclusions are drawn:In the quantitative study,job stress and job burnout have a strong linear relationship.Improving the working environment and social environment will have a positive impact on low personal achievement in job burnout,and the overall improvement of job burnout is the most significant.In the qualitative research,through improving the working hours,job security,working environment,job evaluation and family recognition under work stress,we can improve self-work evaluation,self-value recognition and self-workload evaluation in job burnout,improve internal and external support and strengthen self-adjustment ability.In terms of working hours,if we can reduce their working hours,we can reduce their workload to a certain extent,and then the evaluation of their own workload tends to be positive.In terms of job security,increasing security and spiritual security can effectively enhance the internal and external support of police in job burnout.The improvement of working environment,especially law enforcement environment,can greatly reduce job burnout.Positive promotion in job evaluation has a high degree of recognition of self-worth,which can alleviate job burnout.The improvement of family recognition,especially the improvement of friendship,will play a positive role in self-adjustment.
