Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Democracy In Heze City

Strengthening the construction of democracy at the grass-roots level in Heze area is not only a new subject faced by Heze,but also a fundamental problem that must be solved in the context of social economy.In recent years,although our government has vigorously promoted rural autonomy,the rural grassroots democracy has been well developed,and has become an important theory to understand the three rural issues and promote the construction of new countryside.However,we should also see that in Heze actual social life,there are still a lot of undemocratic and discordant events.There is still a long way to go to develop and perfect the democracy at the grass-roots level in rural areas.And a large proportion of farmers are not fully aware of the importance of democracy construction in rural areas,although more and more Chinese farmers for their legitimate rights and interests and democratic rights have been greatly valued now,however there is still a serious rely on the government,rely on the state of social psychology,the psychological serious problems have hindered seriously for the realization of Heze and other farmers' self political power.Based on the reality and taking the development of grass-roots democracy in Heze rural areas as an example,this paper explores the achievements and problems in the construction of grass-roots democracy in Heze through on-the-spot visits,investigates the causes and puts forward countermeasures.From the field visit,the author found that Heze rural grass-roots democracy construction has been carried out for many years,the system of legal protection system is relatively complete,and has made great progress in democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision construction.Then,it is undeniable that Heze,as an underdeveloped area,still has many problems and needs to be improved in rural grass-roots democracy construction,such as serious bribery and election,serious interference by family forces,unclear power and responsibility between organizations,imperfect coordination mechanism,weak democratic supervision and so on.The main reasons include weak economic development,imperfect legal system,imperfect democratic system,low cultural level of farmers and other factors.Therefore,in the end of this paper,aiming at the above problems and reasons,thecorresponding countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of economy,system,law,culture and education.It is not only expected to enrich the relevant content of Heze and rural grass-roots democracy construction in theory,but also to provide some practical reference for promoting rural grass-roots democracy construction in China.
