Research On The Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Of Virtual Communities In The "Internet +" Era

With the rapid development of global economic integration and information technology,the interaction between the Internet and people is closer,and "Internet +" has become a remarkable feature of today's era.In the era of "Internet +",people can not only conduct limited small-scale activities in the traditional real natural society,but also achieve interaction and communication on the Internet platform different from the traditional community,and create a new civilized ecology — virtual community.Relying on the Internet technology as the platform,virtual community gives play to the advantages of communication of new media and we media and becomes the gathering place of citizens' information network and self-organization.In the information age,knowledge,as an intangible resource,is gradually replacing the traditional tangible resource as a key factor to promote social development and competitiveness."Knowledge is power" is the best interpretation of the knowledge era.Meanwhile,the development of Internet technology provides a better opportunity for the dissemination of knowledge,promotes the diversification and convenience of the communication mode of knowledge exchange and sharing,and enables knowledge to be carried out on the online platform — virtual community.As a new civil society,knowledge sharing in virtual communities needs not only technological guarantee but also "governance" to promote.Virtual community with no organization hierarchy and rules under the constraints of members can not be restricted by time and space,free to communicate with other members of the knowledge,access to new information,professional knowledge and the unique point of view,and make public contact be made explicit knowledge,individual knowledge,finally achieve the goal of community knowledge to create value.Therefore,the research on the knowledge sharing mechanism of virtual communities will be beneficial to the deepening of the theory and practice of the governance of virtual communities and enrich the ways of knowledge sharing.Based on this,the author in the knowledge sharing mechanism in the virtual community building as the research subject,with the aid of public management research theory and research methods,from the public goods characteristic of virtual community knowledge,the virtual community knowledge sharing behavior as community public knowledge of collective action,and the research of virtual community members role and the knowledge sharing process,in order to study the construction of virtual community knowledge sharing mechanism.This study X virtual community of knowledge sharing as the research object,through the X of interviews and knowledge sharing in virtual community members,analyzing the problems existing in the virtual community knowledge sharing process,put forward the virtual community obstacle of knowledge sharing,and from two dimensions of virtual community management and knowledge management of virtual community knowledge sharing mechanism put forward optimization measures.
