Research On The Influencing Factors Of Citizen Network Participation In Community Governance

With the acceleration of the transformation of social structure in China,the importance of community as an important area of government work and People's aily living space is becoming more and more prominent.At present,community governance has become the core content of urban grassroots democratic political construction in China.If we want to truly stimulate the vitality and vitality of grass-roots community organizations,we need to mobilize the citizens of the broad community to truly participate in the process of community public affairs.Under the trend of rapid development of the Internet,Network participation has broken through the barriers of traditional public participation and brought more and more citizens into the process of government governance.In the community,the application of Community network also makes the Community citizens separating from the traditional sense of bondage,they can carry out a variety of participation behavior through the community network at anytime and anywhere.So what affects the network engagement of Community citizens when communities apply community networks to attract citizens in their participatory processes? How can we promote citizens to participate in the path of community governance through the network more effectively?It is out of the exploration of the above problems that this paper attempts to analyze the specific factors that affect the participation of Community citizens in community governance through the network.First,the paper combs the current situation,related concepts and theoretical basis of citizen network participation in community governance,and secondly,the author takes Shanghai X and Y community as the Field object,and expounds the network operation mechanism and citizen participation situation of two communities in detail.Finally,the author constructs the model which influence citizen network participation in community governance according to the framework of citizen volunteer model and technology acceptance model,and after investigation the author uses the statistical analysis software SPSS to analyze the influence the specific factors of citizen network participation in community governance,that is,citizen's resources,community identity,community integration,citizen's network usefulness and ease of use perception and citizen Network participation,and we concluded the following conclusionsFirst,there is a positive correlation between the resources of citizens,the sense of citizen's community identity,the sense of citizen's community integration and the degree of the citizen's network engagement.Second,the network usability perception of citizens has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between citizen Resources and the degree of the citizen's network engagement;The network usability perception of citizens has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between citizen's community identity and the degree of the citizen's network engagement;The network usability perception of citizens has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between the integration of citizen's community and the degree of the citizen's network engagement.The author proposes the following three levels of measures if the communities want to integrate more citizens into the process of community governance through the Internet: In the aspect of raising the level of community civic identity,for the community,the community should take the initiative to promote the process of community governance and diversification.For citizens,citizens should take the initiative to change the consciousness of subject thinking;In the aspect of promoting the sense of integration of Community citizens,the community should improve the Community mobilization mechanism.For citizens,citizens should be actively involved in community activities and organizations;In the aspect of raising citizens 'sense of usefulness in community networks,enriching the service content of Community network platforms,strengthening the interactive construction of the platform,and cultivating citizens ' network skills are important initiatives.
