The Young Pioneers Organization is the largest official mass organization for young children in China.She is not only an important position for the training and education of young children,but also a fertile ground for the development of socialist builders of the motherland.It is also a school for learning Marxist ideas and cultivating communist beliefs.Children and adolescents are the main body of the organization education and development of the Young Pioneers,and their recognition of the organization of the Young Pioneers can enhance their understanding of the organization,regulate their behavior,and enhance cooperation,only to enhance their identity with the organization.In order to better play the leading and educational role of the organization.However,the current research on the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers is relatively scarce,and the relevant articles are also very limited,so the research is carried out.It is necessary for young children to study the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers.In this study,through questionnaires and interviews,509 children in the third to sixth grades of the representative primary schools in Q city of Shandong Province were investigated in the cognitive,emotional,activity and behavior dimensions of the youth pioneers organization identity.In addition,the children in the lower grade of primary school have a random interview on the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers and the counselors of the Young Pioneers on the status quo of the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers,so as to grasp the situation of the organizational identity of the local children to the Young Pioneers more systematically.This research is mainly divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction part,which mainly clarifies the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts such as Young Pioneers Organization and Young Pioneers organizational identity,as well as the relevant domestic and foreign identity,organizational identity,and so on.Literature review on organizational identity of Young Pioneers.The second part describes the basic contents,main characteristics and some functions of children’s organizational identity to the Young Pioneers.The third part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the young children’s organizational identity to the Young Pioneers,which are the theory of demand level,the theory of social identity and the theory of organizational behavior.The fourth part is the organizational identity of the children in Q city of Shandong Province to the Young Pioneer team.The present situation investigation,result analysis and research conclusion.The results are as follows:(1)The identity of different genders to the Young Pioneers Organization in the emotional dimension,the girls’ recognition of the Young Pioneers organization is obviously better than that of the boys;(2)the identity of young pioneers’ organization in all ages is a watershed of nine years old,which presents a wave-like change.With the rise of grades,the degree of recognition of young children’s youth pioneers’ organization in the emotional dimension decreases,but in the activity dimension,the degree of recognition of the young pioneers’ organization decreases in the emotional dimension,but in the activity dimension.With the growth of grade,the degree of identification has been improved.(3)the higher the position of young pioneers and the wider the scope of management,the higher the degree of organizational identity of the young pioneers in the cognitive dimension.(4)the young pioneers who joined the first group of young pioneers had a higher degree of organizational identity;(5)the children who volunteered to join the young pioneers’ organization had a higher recognition of the young pioneers’ organization in four dimensions,and so on.In the fifth part,aiming at the relative weakness of the basic knowledge of the young pioneers’ organizational identity in Q city of Shandong province,the author probes into the influencing factors in the aspects of individual and organization.The sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions,combined with the requirements of the new period of policy and policies,to maximize the main role of children and the important role of education,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,such as promoting the self-development of young children and utilizing the advantages of organizations for scientific management.
