Bureaucracy will occur to a different extent as long as it is an official.Bureaucracy is essentially a kind of "to be on the high side,to ignore the reality,to be superior,to be divorced from the people,to be divorced from the masses and to be privileged" undefineds work style. The Communist Party of China attaches special importance to the flesh-and-blood ties between leading cadres of party and government and the masses of the people.During the growth and development of the Party, some leading cadres of Party members were gradually separated from the masses for a variety of reasons and claimed to be masters of the country.Instead of putting the people in their hearts, they were negative in their thoughts, engaged in privileges, used power for personal gain, and even embarked on the criminal path of corruption.Lenin had coveted the Communists that if the spread of bureaucracy made the Communists bureaucrats, the party and the state would be in danger of being "destroyed".In the face of the challenge of bureaucratic style, combined with the intractable and long-term characteristics of bureaucracy, all leaders of the Party have carried out a long-term struggle against bureaucratism with resolute confidence and perseverance, and with strong measures.China's socialism has entered a new stage, and China's development has opened a new starting point and a new journey. At the same time,it has put forward new requirements for the construction of the Communist Party of China, and a new road must be taken to strictly govern the Party in the new era.Based on the consistency of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucracy thoughts, the differences between Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucratism thoughts, and Xi Jinping enrichment and development of Deng Xiaoping anti-bureaucratism thoughts,The practical significance of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping thoughts on anti-bureaucratism has been carried out in four aspects. From the point of view of agreement,Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucracy thoughts are based on the anti-bureaucracy thought of Marx and Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong,so as to safeguard the fundamental interests of the people and play the main role of leading cadres. From the perspective of difference,Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucracy thoughts have different backgrounds, and their attribution to bureaucracy and anti-bureaucratism measures are different.Through a comparative study of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucratism thoughts,Xi Jinping has further enriched and developed Deng Xiaoping anti-bureaucratic thoughts, which is reflected in the education of ideals and beliefs more prominently in the anti-bureaucratism.Anti-bureaucracy and anti-corruption and clean government promote each other, work style construction,anti-bureaucratism,the party political construction as the leadership, resolutely eliminate bureaucratism. Finally, the practical significance of anti-bureaucratism is drawn through comparison: it promotes the advanced nature and purity of the Party, creates a good atmosphere for the current comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, and protects the people-centered mass line in the new era.It lays a foundation for the gradual realization of the modernization of the political parties and provides important enlightenment for the new era of forcefully abetting the style of bureaucratism. In short, under the conditions of strict and comprehensive Party governance in the new era,Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping anti-bureaucracy thoughts provide theoretical reference and intellectual support for realizing the general requirements of party building in the new era of the Communist Party of China.Guiding the way to realize the Chinese Dream of the Chinese Nation.
