Research On The Service Issues Of Urban Public Pension Institutions

China has entered an aging society,and the degree of aging will continue to intensify and last for a long time.To meet the needs of such a large elderly population and provide the corresponding pension services is a major issue related to social harmony and the stable development of the country,which requires the protection of the whole social mechanism.lt is imperative to establish and improve a social pension service system suitable for China's national conditions.Public pension institutions have a long history and play an important role in the old-age service system in the past and in the future.lt plays an important role in fulfilling the basic pension service function,undertaking the centralized support services for the extremely poor,and carrying out the surrogate support business to share the pressure of social pension.The pension services provided by public pension institutions have the advantages of relatively low fees,rich experience,professional convenience,strong financial security,and widely recognized public background.However,under the background of the increasing demand for the aged and the reform and development of the old-age service system,the service of public pension institutions also exposes some problems,such as deviation of the actual service objects,low service efficiency,inadequate software and hardware facilities.Taking H District Welfare Center of Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces the current situation of the public pension institution,uses literature analysis method and field survey method,and makes an analysis and Study on the advantages,disadvantages and causes of the old-age service of the institution based on relevant theories.Finally,from the government,institutions and social aspeets,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the old-age service of public pension institutions.The research holds that improving the reform of public pension institutions is an inevitable choice to adapt to development.In the process of promoting the reform of public pension institutions,it is necessary to ensure that public pension institutions play their due public welfare nature and basic functions.The government departments should make clear the orientation,continue to invest,strengthen supervision,and do a good job of basic old-age security for the special difficult groups.All walks of life should create a good atmosphere of respecting the old and loving the old,promote the self-discipline development of pension institutions,and enhance services.Institutions themselves should start with management efficiency,talent building,hardware facilities and mode innovation,formulate strategies that are in line with their own characteristics,and comprehensively improve the service quality of public pension institutions.
