Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban-rural Integration Development Under The Concept Of Shared Development In The New Era

As a basic structure of economic and social development,urban-rural relationship is an important development issue faced by all modernized countries.The integration situation of urban and rural areas and the development of urban-rural relationship are very important,especially for the modernization progression.The level of development of urban-rural relations directly determines the level of development of the entire economy and society.The new era is a new historical orientation for development.The main contradictions in society have also undergone fundamental changes.From the macroeconomic perspective of economic and social development,the contradiction between urban and rural development is a concentrated manifestation of major social contradictions.The imbalance between urban and rural development,and the lack of rural development has become a clear shortcoming of the modernization process of economic and social development.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the five major development concepts were first proposed,pointing out that shared development is the fundamental requirement for practicing the people-centered development and is the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This development concept has fundamentally and profoundly clarified the question of who to develop and who to rely on,and more clearly answered the important questions of who will enjoy the reform and development results.In the new era,the concept of shared development came into being,providing people with a perspective to understand development through sharing,and promoting the transformation of people's development ideas,from passive distribution to active participation,gathering and developing kinetic energy in the co-construction and co-sharing to achieve economic society moving to a higher level.At present,the current urban-rural gap is large,the resource allocation is not balanced,and the rural development is not sufficient.The development of urban-rural relations must achieve balanced and high-quality development from imbalance,and there is no way to circumvent the new development concept and shared development.This paper analyzes and studies Marxist urban-rural relationship theory with the integration of urban and rural areas,summarizes and generalizes the relevant content of Marx and Engels' urban-rural integration thoughts,and combines the different development ideas,development concepts and policies of the Chinese Communist Party on the improvement of urban-rural relations in different historical periods.The strategic adjustment clarifies the context and characteristics of the evolution of China's urban-rural relationship,with a view to achieving the theory and practice,and exploring the countermeasures and realistic paths for how to promote the integration ofurban and rural development in the new historical period,that is,the key period of China's social transformation in the new era.It is mainly carried out from four aspects:First,starting from the source of urban-rural relationship theory,the basic contents of Marx and Engels' urban-rural integration ideas are summarized and summarized.Second,it sorts out the thoughts of urban and rural relations of the Communist Party of China in different periods since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and clarifies the historical changes of urban-rural relations.Third,the relationship between shared development and urban-rural integration development is explored and discussed,and a link is established between the two,that is,the new shared development concepts will lead the role of urban-rural integration development,thus profoundly clarifying the necessity and feasibility of promoting urban-rural integration in a new era.Fourth,through the perspective of shared development,this paper examines the problems faced by China in promoting the development of urban and rural integration,further analyzes the causes and clarifies the feasibility path and countermeasures of how to realize the integration of urban and rural development under the concept of shared development in the new era.
