With the development of Internet technology,Internet public opinion has become an important way for citizens to exercise their right of supervision, and its influence on judicial activities is becoming deeper and deeper. While promoting judicial justice, network public opinion also shows its own shortcomings, which has brought negative impacts on judicial trial, interfered with the independent exercise of judicial power by judicial organs, and is not conducive to the construction of judicial credibility.Firstly, this paper summarizes the impact of network public opinion on judicial trial from both positive and negative aspects, and analyses the causes of the complex relationship between the two.Network public opinion and judicial trial are in accordance with each other in pursuing judicial justice and guaranteeing civil rights, but in the specific judicial practice, there are conflicts between legal evaluation and moral evaluation. Finally, some suggestions and ideas are put forward from the two aspects of giving full play to the positive role of network public opinion and coping with its negative impact.Through these measures,we hope to have better ways deal with the relationship between network public opinion and judicial trial, achieve the coordinated development of the two,and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting judicial justice.
