Research On My Country's Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism

In recent years,the economic strength of our country has improved greatly,the people's lives have improved significantly,and democracy and legal system has made new progress.However,due to our society is in the social transition period,social structure,organizational form,the profound changes in the pattern of interests also make our society show the diversity of the characteristics of the type of disputes.The new situation presents new challenges,new problems and new tasks.How to serve the overall situation of reform and opening up and social stability,and how to improve our ability to resolve conflicts and disputes,is an urgent need to solve the problem.Therefore,it is very important to establish and perfect a set of reasonable and effective diversified dispute resolution mechanism.This paper is divided into four parts,The first part is the main mechanism of diversified dispute resolution briefly,and dynamic research at home and abroad understand the connotation of the concept of diversified dispute settlement mechanism,through the mechanism of the origin and background of the paper,points out that the construction of the diversified dispute settlement mechanism to handle high attention.The second part points focusing on the country especially the grassroots practice,the diversification of the dispute settlement mechanism and thework achievements.The third part points out the construction of a diversified dispute settlement mechanism of the important role and significance of reality.The fourth part,according to the understanding of the theory and practice of the dispute resolution mechanism,points out the basic ideas and concrete measures for the construction of the diversified dispute settlement mechanism.
