Research On Population Migration Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of New Urban Areas In Yan'an

In recent years,the urban fringe has become the most rapidly developing area of urbanization and industrialization in China.In April 2014,the urban and small town reform and development center of the national development and reform commission released a set of survey data: currently,90% of the prefecture-level cities in China are planning new urban areas,and the total area of some new urban areas has reached 7.8 times that of the urban areas.However,there are all kinds of problems from planning to implementation,especially the problem of population migration.The lack of popularity has made many new areas turn into "ghost cities".The construction of yan 'an new area originates from the expansion of urban development space,the reduction of congestion in the old city and the protection of the old revolutionary site.How to gather the popularity to ensure that the yan'an new area will not become a "ghost city",population migration is the most critical issue.After the establishment of yan 'an new area,there was a certain development of population migration in urban planning,but it still did not achieve a very rapid economic development,and there were some problems in the process of dealing with urban population migration.Through literature analysis,case analysis and field investigation,this paper makes a further analysis of the urban population migration in Yan'an new urban area,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the population migration in Yan'an new urban area.Firstly,provide sufficient employment opportunities;secondly,promote urbanization and increase the popularity of new urban areas;thirdly,build modern cities to attract high-level talents;fourthly,retain immigrants through industrial support;fifthly,reduce the cost of new residential areas;sixthly,adjust the layout of urban space to speed up public transport;seventhly,for the new.District construction provides financial guarantee.According to the analysis of this paper,there is a certain theoretical basis to support the construction of cities in our country,reduce the losses caused by decision-making errors,and provide reference for the construction of new urban areas in other cities.
