An Analysis Of The Impact Of Britain's "Brexit" On The Relationship Between Britain And The United States

After the Brexit vote,international discussions on the future of the post-Brexit Britain have been heating up,optimistic or pessimistic,and dissenting.Under this background,what kind of changes will happen in the future Anglo-American relations has also become a focus of international attention and controversy.This paper first reviews the American factors in the process of Britain's "entry EU" and "Brexit",and analyzes the American attitude towards Brexit.Then,from the aspects of economic and military security,this paper discusses and analyzes the influence of Brexit on the relationship between Britain and the United States.This paper argues that although Britain loses some European voice after Brexit,it will also gain greater flexibility in external action.As a global strategic partner of the United States,the tenacity of the special relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States still exists.
