With the rise of social networking services and e-commerce,People's consumption concept has undergone a huge transformation,especially with the continuous emergence of new consumption methods,the development speed of social e-commerce platforms has increased rapidly.However,while the social e-commerce platform is developing,the issue of societal ecommerce responsibility has also arisen,and it has become a major obstacle to the development of social e-commerce platforms.Therefore,how to improve the legislation related to the responsibility of social e-commerce platform and solve the legal problems arising in the practice of social ecommerce platform liability has become a problem in the theoretical and practical circles.This article takes the responsibility of social e-commerce platform as the research object,which based on relevant theories of “safe harbour rules” and agency tort liability,this paper analyzes the legal issues of social e-commerce platform responsibility status,legislation and practice.Which absorbs existing research results,learns from foreign advanced experience,and stipulates the specific behavior rules of social e-commerce platform and the lack of responsibility system for the "E-commerce Law".In addition,It is necessary to strengthen the improvement of the legislation of the social e-commerce platform and clarify the existing law,and release relevant judicial interpretations to regulate the registration scope of the operators within the platform.In view of the blank status of legal regulations on the harm caused by user privacy,social e-commerce platforms should strengthen the registration and review of the identity of operators and users within the platform and establish a more complete and strict identity authentication mechanism,do one person one,not multiple authentication,at the same time it should adhere to the principle of "informed consent",and eliminate the harm to user privacy as far as possible.Meanwhile,a more strict supervision system should be established.In view of the lack of e-commerce brand value,social e-commerce platforms should actively guide the content in the platform by setting issues,guide users to produce content,increase brand interest and stickiness through interaction,guide consumers to spread brand value for their products,and accumulate public praise.In view of the current situation of the lack of public opinion processing on consumer rights networks,social e-commerce platforms and operators within the platform can use the social e-commerce platform as a base for public opinion monitoring.It is necessary to organize and analyze negative word-of-mouth,monitor users' attitudes and issues,and reduce the risks of falling into crisis.
