The Construction Of The Tibet Catastrophe Insurance Legal System

In recent years,the catastrophe risk in Tibet has been continually causing huge losses to Tibet's economic and social development,resulting in many farmers and herdsmen returning to poverty due to disasters.Catastrophe insurance,As a marketing tool to deal with catastrophe risk losses,can effectively share catastrophe risk losses.As a market-based means of resolving catastrophe risks,catastrophe insurance can effectively alleviate poverty-stricken and disaster-returning problems caused by catastrophe,and is an important market-oriented means of poverty alleviation and development.Based on the fact that the catastrophe risk relief policy measures in Tibet are insufficient,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing catastrophe insurance in Tibet area through theoretical analysis and empirical research,and deeply explores the catastrophe insurance law in Tibet.The system construction of the relationship finally leads to the establishment of a catastrophe insurance system with Tibet characteristics that establishes "government-led + commercial insurance company operation" in Tibet.
