Research On The Arbitration Mechanism In The Settlement Of International Investment Disputes

With the deepening of the process of economic globalization,more and more countries are beginning to show their charm in the international economic stage,and are gradually forming the trend of world multipolarization development.Because of the rapid economic development,the communication and contact of different countries in the economic field are increasing gradually,which will inevitably lead to some international investment disputes.In order to ensure the healthy development of the international investment market,the world has been actively exploring the establishment of a reasonable and effective international investment order,strengthening the protection of international investment,improving the relevant dispute resolution mechanism,and improving the liquidity of capital among different countries.The settlement of international investment disputes is a common problem facing the whole world.The first part is the theoretical foundation of the thesis,which mainly introduces the theoretical knowledge involved in this thesis.The second part is the detailed discussion of the arbitration mechanism,including the importance of the arbitration mechanism and some dispute resolution mechanisms of the universal application in the world.The third part is the analysis of the problems,mainly from three aspects: jurisdiction,transparency and award enforcement Analysis of the international arbitration mechanism,there must be problems with the arbitration mechanism;the fourth part is the countermeasure proposal,in the fourth part is mainly for the third chapter of the problems,on the basis of learning experience,put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures.
