Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Village Cadres Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy was a major decision made at the 19th national congress of the communist party of China.It is a major historical task in securing a decisive victory in completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and in building a modem socialist country in an all-round way.A series of specific measures to promote the rural revitalization strategy,the fundamental effect should be reflected in the implementation.As the leader of rural development,the village cadre is undoubtedly the key factor in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As far as management theory is concerned,how to effectively mobilize the initiative and initiative of village cadres so as to give full play to their leading role in the village revitalization is particularly important.This paper summarizes the relevant researches on the incentive mechanism of village cadres at home and abroad,clarifies the relevant concepts and theories of village cadres and incentive mechanism,and deepens the understanding and grasp of the incentive mechanism of village cadres.In the context of the impleruentation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes JY district as an example,and investigates the structure of village cadres at the district and county level,the operation of the current incentive mechanism,the working experience of village cadres,the experience of the incentive mechanism and the improvement ideas through data search,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.On the basis of data analysis,the effectiveness,problems and causes of the incentive mechanism for village cadres in JY district are systematically analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of concept,system and operation,the paper puts forward countermeasures for improving the incentive mechanism of village cadres at district and county levels,providing beneficial reference for improving the application of incentive mechanism of village cadres at district and county levels,adapting to the practice of rural revitalization strategy,and promoting the positive progress and continuous growth of village cadres.
