Research On The Integrity View Of The Leading Cadres Of State-owned Enterprises

Thought is the forerunner of action,to strengthen the leading cadre honest concept construction,help state-owned enterprises internal drive power of the leading cadre to form a person of integrity,build anti-corrosion from ideological line,from the source to prevent and curb the breeding and spread of corruption in this paper,the state-owned enterprises since the eighteenth big comprehensively advancing the time background of governing party,to clarify the concept of state-owned enterprises leading cadres clean view composition and characteristics,analyzes the current status of the leading cadre honest view of state-owned enterprises,and its main problems put forward the countermeasures to cultivate the leading cadre honest view of state-owned enterprises.This study found that the leading cadre honest view is state-owned enterprises leading cadres in state-owned enterprises integrity issues hold relatively stable it by clean cognitive understanding of ideas and system integrity attitude and integrity will three aspects of content,presents the driving four characteristics of the current integrity objectivity and openness,leading cadres in state-owned enterprises integrity view was generally positive,but there is also the leading cadre to state-owned enterprises integrity system of knowledge and understanding degree is not high clean self-controlled consciousness and lack of initiative and honest self-discipline and self-control ability is not strong.The main reasons for these problems are the lack of effectiveness of honesty education,the imperfect system and mechanism,and the weakness of personal will and quality.Therefore,this paper believes that it is necessary to further improve the education of honesty in state-owned enterprises,improve the construction mechanism of honesty in state-owned enterprises,and promote the development of honesty culture in state-owned enterprises.
