Research On The Governance Of "option Corruption" Behavior In My Country

"Option corruption" refers to a kind of bribery behavior in which the public power of the state is used as a bargaining chip,and the position criminal holding power seeks illegal benefits for the stakeholders according to the prior agreement,and returns the investment income of the trustee to the criminal suspect or his family members and other interested persons according to the regulations within a certain period of time.This kind of corruption has the characteristics of "timeliness","rectification" and "premeditation",which is extremely harmful to the economy,society and politics.The rent-seeking theory of power,the hypothesis of economic man and the dissimilation of power all prove the corruption of option to some extent.The dissimilation and distortion of power concept in traditional culture and the lack of supervision system are the causes of its development and spread.At present,China's governance of this kind of corruption is confronted with the current situation and difficulties,such as system shortage,lack of governance power and lack of centralized governance.Through the study of typical cases,this paper grasps the characteristics and criminal ways of this kind of corruption.Based on the analysis of the concept,characteristics and causes of "option corruption",combined with the actual situation of the governance of option corruption in China,this paper proposes to construct the moral check and balance mechanism to prevent and control option corruption,regulate the power restriction and strengthen the legislation related to option corruption.
