Group Work Is Involved In The Research On The Integration Of The Elderly In Rural Areas Into Urban Communities

In recent years,the number of the elderly in the floating population has been increasing,especially the rural elderly who have moved to urban communities to help their children take care of their grandchildren.Trailing in the rural areas,however,the old man out of by geopolitical,kinship relations after the country life,strange city community elderly rural trailing in the cultural concept,psychological state,life style and interactive mode has a huge conflict,such as on the life style and consumption idea,the old man lives in the countryside is generally through the way of rural labor to self-sufficiency,most rural trailing the old man think daily consumption is too high in the city;In terms of the mode of interaction and psychological state with residents,the opening of rural houses and courtyards and the visiting of relatives and friends are a kind of warm and warm expression,while in urban communities,the closed state is presented between households,and the old people who have moved with them in rural areas feel depressed and generate a feeling of loneliness.Therefore,it greatly affects the life happiness of the rural migrant elderly,resulting in their inability to integrate into the urban community.Therefore,social workers should pay attention to the problems and needs of the rural migrant elderly in the process of integrating into the urban community,and help them integrate into the urban community through professional services.Based on the social support theory and energy-increasing theory,the author used questionnaire survey method,semi-structured interview,participatory observation and other survey methods to understand the living status of the rural migrant elderly in M community of Ji 'an city.Found rural trailing the old man in the urban community's sense of belonging,interpersonal intimacy,community participation and personal life are low control level,this also makes the rural low trailing old man exist in the urban community identity,community participation with single social support network is low,the problems such as weak individual self-efficacy,individuals,families,communities and other factors affecting rural trailing the old man accepted identity of urban community.Based on the summary,analysis and arrangement of the survey data,the author designed the group activities in order to build a mutual assistance and support group in the urban community after the successful completion of the group activities,so as to enhance the sense of belonging and personal efficacy of the rural elderly to the urban community andpromote their active integration into the urban community.After summarizing and reflecting on the activities,the author found that the group work could help the rural old people in urban communities to build a mutual support platform and expand the social support network in a relatively short period of time.However,the family's spiritual care and support for the rural elderly is more conducive to promoting their initiative.In addition,at the level of urban communities,creating an inclusive and harmonious environment is the external guarantee to enhance the well-being of the rural elderly in urban communities.
