Research On The Collaborative Management And Control Strategy Of Police-related Network Public Opinion From The Perspective Of Social Conflict

In this era of rapid information explosion,the public is increasingly concerned about their vital interests,and the people's police,as the people who have the most contact with the public's daily life,are naturally concerned.Due to its particularity and sensitivity,it is easy to become the target of public criticism.In addition,the network environment is quite complex,and the network structure is uneven,which leads to the public opinion related to the police network,causing negative impact.Therefore,it has become a matter that can not be ignored that the public security organs should improve their ability to deal with public opinions on the police-related network.To strengthen the research on network public opinions related to police is of great practical significance for the public security organs to maintain social security and stability and to build high-quality relations between police and people.This article is divided into five parts: The first part mainly explains the research background and significance of this article,the current research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and research methods of the paper;the second part summarizes the concept of police-related Internet public opinion and introduces the theory of social conflict and synergy theory,and establishes the theoretical basis of the dissertation;the third part is an example analysis part,which analyzes the different stages of the "Leiyang case" and the reactions of the participating subjects in different stages in detail.It also proposes that the lagging of the participants' response is an important supplement to the research on police network public opinion coordinated response from the perspective of social conflict;the fourth part proposes the deficiency and reasons of police-related public opinion collaborative control.Among them,the main shortcomings are: weak coordination of public opinion in the perspective of public security organs' control and inadequate construction of law enforcement standardization;improper publicity and misreporting of some media from the perspective of the coordinated guidance of the public opinion and initiating a crisis of paranoia in online public participation;generation of extreme mentality of hostile police from the perspective of public participation and can easily become a tool used by dissidents.The reasons for the deficiency are:the participants involved in the collaborative control of the police in the conflict of public opinion failed to form a cohesive force,the control parameters of the collaborative control caused the "safety valve" to fail,and the sequence parameters of the collaborative control were not properly constructed;the fifth part is in the first four based on part of the theory,the author puts forward an improvement strategy of police-related public opinion coordinated control using collaborative theory,including the establishment of a scientific and reasonable publicopinion management and control model,enhanced control parameters of police-related public opinion coordinated response,and construction of police-related public opinion coordinated response order parameters.
