With the development of globalization,the importance of diplomacy in politics has gradually increased.The diplomatic system is an important part of a country's political system and plays an important role in diplomatic decision-making and practice.The United States has become the number one super power in the world in 244 years,and the process of its rise is worthy of study and reference.Since World War I,the United States has been engaged with other countries and involved in international affairs increasingly.During this period,in order to meet the needs of the United States foreign exchanges,the U.S.diplomatic system has been reformed a lot,which in turn has played an important role in promoting the rise of the United States.The U.S.diplomatic system studied in this paper includes the establishment of diplomatic institutions such as the U.S.State Department and the U.S.National Security Council,as well as the U.S.diplomatic service management system.As the traditional diplomatic agency of the United States,the U.S.State Department has made a series of institutional adjustments Since World War I,including the addition of regional bureaus,diplomatic etiquette departments and international order research departments.Meanwhile the U.S.diplomatic service management system has also undergone a series of reforms.The reform of the U.S.diplomatic system was influenced by both domestic and foreign factors.Both the economic situation in the United States and the personal will of the President will directly affect the reform of the U.S.diplomatic system.At the same time,the World War,the Cold War and crisis events also have a certain impact on the reform of the U.S.diplomatic system.The reform of U.S.diplomatic system provided a solid institutional guarantee for the rise of the United States.The adjustment of the U.S.diplomatic institutions has played an important role in the formulation and implementation of U.S.foreign policy,and the reform of the U.S.diplomatic service management system has provided sufficient resources of high-quality diplomats for the rise of the United States.Now China is also in the stage of rapid rise.By studying the reform of the diplomatic system in the United States is conducive to the reform of China's diplomatic system,so as to contribute to China's rise.
