Research On The Reform Of The Election System For Representatives Of The National Assembly Of Vietnam

In 1986,Vietnam implemented reform and opening up,and reformed and improved the political system,including the parliament,while carrying out economic reforms.Vietnam 's reform of the parliamentary representative election system has achieved good social results.This article starts from the structural logic and functional logic of the Vietnamese parliamentary representative election system reform,and divides the reform process into reform preparation stage,start-up development stage,steady advancement stage,and deepening stage.Reform measures such as the rational division of electoral districts,the fair distribution of the number of delegates,the improvement of candidate nomination and determination procedures,the optimization of the representative structure,and the improvement of supporting measures for parliamentary elections in the reform process of the Vietnamese parliamentary representative election system are described in detail.The reform of the parliamentary representative election system in Vietnam has not only increased the status of the parliament,strengthened the legitimacy of the socialist system and the Communist Party of Viet Nam,achieved social stability,but also received widespread recognition from the international community.At the same time,we must also recognize that there are still some imperfections in the reform of the Vietnamese parliamentary representative election system.In the future,Vietnam will continue to relax the process of determining candidates,improve the fairness and transparency of the election process,and increase the proportion of full-time,female,non-party and independent candidates.Therefore,the reform process of the Vietnamese parliamentary election system has a long way to go.The reform of the Vietnamese parliamentary representative election system has played an important role in improving the theoretical system related to the election system of representative offices and the socialist democratic theory.Studying the results of the reform of the Vietnamese parliamentary representative election system is of great significance for an in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese socialist system and the improvement of the system of the Chinese People's Congress.
