Research On Xi Jinping's Youth Outlook

Xi Jinping outlook on youth is the general and fundamental view of the CPC central committee with Xi Jinping as the core and the Chinese society in the new era on youth.It represents the mainstream view of the current Chinese society on youth and is extremely important for the development of youth and the development of youth work.Based on the existing research results in the academic field,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,theory with practice,interdisciplinary research and history-logic research to construct Xi Jinping's outlook on youth.First of all,this paper briefly summarizes the concept and characteristics of youth,the connotation and function of youth outlook.On this basis,it comprehensively integrates the proposal and concept of Xi Jinping's youth outlook,and defines the relevant concepts in a relatively complete way.Then,this paper traces the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's youth outlook from the aspects of marxist classic writers' outlook on youth,the outlook on the youth of all the party's major leaders,the outlook on the youth contained in the fine traditional Chinese culture,and the international community's expectation on the value of youth development.In view of the new situation at home and abroad and the new characteristics and challenges of youth development in the new era,this paper tracks the realistic basis of Xi Jinping's youth concept with The Times.Based on the influence of excellent family style,the encouragement of rich experience and the reflection of personal wisdom,this paper elaborates the main basis of Xi Jinping's view on youth in detail.Secondly,this paper summarizes the important content of Xi Jinping's view on youth from three aspects: the discussion on evaluation and understanding of youth,the discussion on caring for and training youth,and the discussion on carrying out youth work.Thirdly,this paper summarizes and expounds the distinctive features and important values of Xi Jinping's youth outlook,focusing on the main features and values of Xi Jinping's youth outlook.In the end,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the practical approach of Xi Jinping's view on youth through the comprehensive use of the three major thoughts,thus realizing the implementation of Xi Jinping's view on youth.Closely related to the five parts,in which the definition is the foundation of forming condition is the premise and important content is the core,the maincharacteristics and value are real development,practical approach is the final resting,they xi youth elements in the whole view,for we know youth,youth and youth work is of great significance,also has an important role for further academic research.
