As the focus of "learning behavior" and "learning strategy,research,help-seeking in learning aimed at students in schools in the past study. In recent years, along with the extensive development of in-service teachers' education.the teachers participated in the network training and learning become a special learners group.Help-seeking in learning,as the positive and effective learning strategies, the research of it on teachers is an effective way to promote the development of teachers'continuing education.Based on the above, this study is different from the previous research background and object,it is an empirical study of teachers under the network learning environment, and the main research content is their online help-seeking behavior. The internet-specific epistemic beliefs is developed from epistemic beliefs and based on the characteristics of network learning environment.Past research has shown that, one's epistemic beliefs had important effect on their learning behavior and learning results.Along with the development of online learning, some researchers put forward the concept of internet-specific epistemic beliefs, and then proved its structure and the impact on learning behavior. Many research shows that, the internet-specific epistemic beliefs' influence on online learning is more obvious and deeply than the epistemic beliefs' influence on traditional learning.Based on the above thinking, this study will combine the way of theoretical analysis and practical investigation,to explore the influence of teachers'internet-specific epistemic beliefs on help-seeking behavior.By the means of combing domestic and foreign literature, forming the theoretical basis and research framework, and establishing a test questionnaire. Then,by the way of empirical investigation, modifying the test questionnaire, forming the formal questionnaire and collecting data, verifying the model of teachers' internet-specific epistemic beliefs and characteristics,in the meantime, analyzing the teachers' online learning help-seeking behavior. Finally, exploring the internet-specific epistemic beliefs' influence on online learning help-seeking behavior. The results show that, the internet-specific epistemic beliefs of university teachers incorporate four dimensions, and all tend to mature. The differences are existed between the sexes, schools that they work in,and education background, but not existed between the subjects and years spent teaching. The measurement of help-seeking contains attitude, method and behavior.First, the overall result of help-seeking attitude is positive, and sex is the main influence factors.Second, for the method of help-seeking,the formal one is more popular, schools and subjects are the main influence factors.Third, for the behavior of help-seeking,instrumental help-seeking is the most popular one,and education background is the main influence factors. In the further correlation and regression analysis,it shows that one's attitude of help-seeking will affect the method and behavior of help-seeking,and one's method of help-seeking will affect the behavior. On another hand, the college teachers'internet-specific epistemic beliefs will affect their online learning help-seeking behavior in various degrees. The one who has high-level in the internet-specific epistemic beliefs will has better performance in help-seeking behavior.Other Important Information:the "teachers" which is referred to in this article, means the teachers as learners, which is the research object of this article. On the other hand, the members who carry out training and teaching, are called "trainer" or "teaching assistant".
