Objective: the purpose of this paper is discussed the function of training to improve the 10-12 years old boy function action mode,function operation mode for children formed the problems of strengthening and corrective training,to provide scientific and effective training program for children’s physical quality,sports ability.Methods: 150 boys aged 10-12 years old in Chengdu were screened by functional movement mode screening.75 eligible boys were selected as subjects.72 boys were randomly divided into experimental group,control group and blank group,each group had 24 people.The experimental group received 8 weeks,16 times,2times a week,1H training intervention each time.The control group received 8weeks,16 times,2 times a week,1H traditional physical training intervention,and the blank group did not carry out training intervention.After 8 weeks,second functional movement patterns were screened.The spss19 software was used to analyze and compare the front and back data,and the changes between the three groups before and after the experiment were compared.Results: 1.the experimental group compared with the control group,by 8 weeks of training before and after training in the correction function,overhead squat,trunk stability and hold two action modes have significant effect to improve(P < 0.01);on line,hurdle lunges and shoulder flexibility,active straight knee 4 leg lifts action mode on the improved(P < 0.05);and because of the lack of training time,in a small trunk rotation operation mode and improve the stability(P > 0.05).Comparison of 2.groups of experimental group and control,through the 8 week training is better than the correction function of traditional sports training in the overhead squat,lunge,hurdle shoulder flexibility,trunk stability and hold 4 operation mode(P < 0.05);linear lunge,active straight leg raising action mode to improve the effect is insignificant(P > 0.05);trunk rotation stability of the motion pattern did not improve the effect(P > 0.05).3.in the control group compared with the control group,by 8 weeks of traditional sports training only has effect in the active straight leg raise movement pattern is improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.through FMS test can effectively identify the weak link at the age of 10-12 and body function,provide the basis for the correction function training plan design;2.function correction training has a good effect on the improvement of 10-12 year old boys function action mode,especially in the overhead squat,trunk stability effect and hold the two basic mode of operation on the 3.significant;traditional sports training to improve the 10-12 years old boy action only in active mode has the function of knee straight leg action model;test score of 4.10-12 year-old male trunk rotation stability of the motion pattern is generally low,and the mode can be improved by more than 8 weeks longer training period.
