As the national excellent traditional project school volleyball volleyball players,one of the important ways of output is an important part of our country volleyball movement development,in the process of volleyball development occupies an important position.And at present the Chinese volleyball team number and the number of registered volleyball athletes is gradually reduced,if go on like this,will seriously affect our country volleyball movement in the ranking of the world.In the face of this situation,the traditional school of volleyball should take part of the responsibility.And Jiangsu province as a big province in economy,culture,education,sports are among the best in the country,but research has shown that the whole situation of volleyball traditional project schools in the areas of southern Jiangsu is better than that of middle and north Jiangsu area,therefore in the excellent volleyball players on the transfer of volleyball in the areas of southern traditional project schools should take the initiative to take more responsibility.This paper surveys the present situation of volleyball in the areas of southern traditional project elementary school,the investigation of primary school,because the athletes training system of primary and secondary schools in the basic material level,if you don't play the basis of the primary,can effectively raise the overall level of talents to better delivery?Therefore,this paper investigates the traditional primary school of volleyball in southern Jiangsu province,aiming to find out the advantages and disadvantages and avoid the disadvantages.According to the conclusion and some suggestions from the volleyball teachers participating in the investigation,I have come up with the following Suggestions.1.South Jiangsu volleyball traditional project elementary school teachers think volleyball traditional project school is much and difficult task,but the main task is to make the volleyball sports in society can be further recognized,contradictions between studying this problem is still there.2.The goal setting of sports team training is the ranking goal.Most schools aim to achieve good athletic performance and neglect the development of the athletes themselves.3.The most elementary school volleyball in the areas of southern tradition project school leaders can in volleyball training and competition to varying degrees of positive attention and help,but there are still some schools don't attach importance to the leadership of the situation.4.The traditional primary school in south Jiangsu province lacks the high education,high professional title and professional volleyball teacher,and has no professional volleyball coach.5.The primary school volleyball teachers in the traditional primary school of volleyball in south Jiangsu province meet the main tasks of primary material selection.6.There is a lack of science in the training elements attached to the volleyball teachers in the traditional primary school of volleyball in southern Jiangsu province,and many schools do not have enough time for each training.7.Volleyball teachers in the traditional primary school of volleyball in southern Jiangsu province have the highest recognition of the disadvantage of training development,which is the lack of competition and the lack of opportunities for students to communicate with each other.8.The overall situation of the provincial volleyball traditional project primary school in southern Jiangsu province is better than that of the traditional primary school of municipal volleyball.According to the conclusion and taking part in the survey of volleyball teachers put forward some opinions,I came to the next suggestion:1.The scientific and reasonable arrangement of training and learning,teachers,students,leadership,parents many joint efforts.2.Fully arouse the enthusiasm of city bureau of education and sports bureau,vigorously promote extensive of volleyball sport at all levels,enhance competition between schools,regional exchanges.3.Optimize the age structure of volleyball teachers,improve the level of education and professional titles of volleyball teachers,and ensure that every teacher can have the opportunity of further study.4.Professional volleyball coaches can be recruited,which can make the training more professional and scientific,which can relieve the pressure-of teaehers and make-teachers-more energetic.5.Strengthen the construction and maintenance management of school volleyball facilities,increase the intensity of the investment in volleyball,and cut it into practice rather than "paper work".6.To establish a perfect channel for talent delivery,the school can find appropriate middle schools and give preferential treatment policies to the players.It can not only reduce the pressure of students to study,but also encourage students to actively participate in volleyball training and competitions.
