Research On The Problems In The Establishment Of Prestige By The Newly Recruited Elementary School Teachers

Teacher prestige is that teachers gain respect and trust from students and parents through their own knowledge and skills,words and deeds,personality charm and so on.In the process of education and teaching,teachers with high prestige tend to be respected and trusted by students in the process of getting along with their students.Getting along well with teachers and students is beneficial to manage students,educate students and provide strong support for teachers to carry out educational activities smoothly.Therefore,prestige is an important guarantee for teachers to carry out their work,and an important guarantee for teachers to do a good job of educating people.It is very important for new teachers to establish teachers' prestige,which can not only help new teachers carry out teaching work smoothly,but also establish a good relationship between teachers and students.In the background of new curriculum reform,teachers' prestige has been endowed with new connotations and constantly changing.For novice teacher in primary school,the process of establishing prestige is not smooth,although novice teacher in primary school at the beginning of the work to establish their own authority,but there are still many problems in the process of establishing prestige.Teachers' prestige is essential for teachers.In the process of combing the literature of teachers' prestige,it is found that primary school teachers' prestige is ignored by the society because of the influence of primary school students adore their teachers.Most of the researches on teachers ' prestige are aimed at middle school teachers,and there is little research on the prestige of elementary school teachers.But this does not mean that primary school teachers do not need to establish prestige.Therefore,the research aims at the problems in the establishment of the prestige of teachers in primary school,While this study arousing people's attention to the prestige of primary school teachers,providing some reference for the establishment of the prestige of the novice teacher in primary school.This study uses questionnaires,interviews,observation and other research methods,combing with relevant literature,to understand the status and existing problems of the establishment of teachers' prestige,through the analysis of the reasons of the problems in the establishment of the teachers' prestige,to explore the way to establish the prestige of the primary school teachers.Through the investigation of novice teacher in primary school,it is found that the existing problems in the process of establishing the prestige of novice teacher are a common phenomenon.The existing problems mainly include :(1)improper establishment of prestige,poor relationship between teachers and students;(2)The teachers' teaching efficacy is low.The main causes of these problems are:(1)lack of understanding of prestige and blurred boundaries between teachers and students;(2)the ability of teaching should be further improved;(3)the teaching state is poor,and the ability of educating people is insufficient.Based on this,thefollowing improvement measures are put forward from the angle of teaching,educating people and the relationship between teachers and students:(1)establish a rational view of teachers and students.To communicate with students on the basis of democracy and equality;Improve teachers' moral cultivation and set up a correct concept of teacher love;Position the teacher's role correctly and pay attention to the boundary of the communication between teachers and students.(2)constantly improve themselves and improve their teaching ability.Constantly improve the knowledge structure and improve the knowledge level;Improve teaching skills and reflect on teaching activities;Cultivate teaching wit and improve the ability to adapt.(3)set an example and improve the ability to educate people.To educate people in teaching;Strengthen language cultivation;Standardize behavior and form a good teaching state.
