| With the development of the times,the occupation of teachers has been given more and more roles.Among them,the researcher of education and teaching is a very important role in the role of teachers.More and more people pay attention to how to improve teachers’ teaching and research ability and promote teachers’ transformation from teaching and skilled teachers to comprehensive scientific and academic teachers.There are differences between urban and rural teachers in teaching research in China.It is important to understand the differences between urban and rural teachers’ teaching and research ability and propose relevant countermeasures,which is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of teaching and research ability of urban and rural teachers.Based on literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics,the teaching research ability is divided into 5 first level and 10 two level dimensions.It is divided into four stages:(1)through literature and interview,the present situation of the teaching research ability of middle school mathematics teachers in urban and rural areas is investigated and understood in many aspects;(2)compile questionnaire and interview questionnaire,draw some middle school mathematics teachers for investigation and research;(3)collect and collate the data,use Excel and SPSS software to carry out qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the data;(4)to sum up the influencing factors and give suggestions for improving the teaching and research ability of rural teachers.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)As a whole,the level of teaching research ability scale of urban teachers is higher than that of rural teachers,and there are significant differences.In addition to the ability of the city teachers,the ability to divide all the other dimensions is higher than that of the rural teachers.(2)There is no difference in teaching and research ability between urban and rural teachers in urban and rural areas.The teachers of urban and rural areas with different teaching age and title show different teaching research abilities,but the differences are not significant.The urban and rural teachers with different educational backgrounds have a significant difference in the undergraduate and graduate students.(3)The attribution of teaching research ability difference in urban and rural middle school mathematics teachers can be divided into three aspects:teachers’ factors,school factors and social factors.The teachers’ factors are divided into:lack of scientific research time,weak research consciousness and lack of professional guidance.The school factors are divided into:less opportunities for training,backward research in school,and insufficient attention to scientific research by the management system.Social factors are divided into:the lack of social concern,the research atmosphere is not strong.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on balancing the teaching and research ability of mathematics teachers in urban and rural middle schools and inproving the teaching and research ability of rural teachers.It provides a reference for the educational administraton to coordinate urban and rural education and promote the equity of education. |
